the team.

we are founders and operators — on the road with you.

we've built companies. we've made the mistakes that come with building them. and over more than a decade, we've learned to hold both halves of the work that actually determines whether a company lasts — the architecture beneath it, and the field around it: what's spoken and what isn't, what's structural and what's human.

what we help you build, we've spent years building in ourselves.

our why

the architecture beneath a company is the architecture of its impact.

every company built on a true foundation — honest ownership, a real model, a partnership that holds — is a company that can scale its impact without breaking the people inside it. every founder who builds from coherence rather than depletion becomes a different kind of model in the world.

we work one founder at a time toward something larger — a world where business itself becomes a force for the renewal of life.

the work draws on more than business. over years of study and apprenticeship with teachers we hold sacred, we learned to perceive what moves beneath a company — the field of a room, the unspoken dynamics, what's really driving a decision. we don't name that dimension loudly. but it's present in every engagement, from the first session on.

integrity
integrating wisdom and practical excellence, honestly.
wholeness
honoring the structure and the human as one system.
empowerment
turning transformative potential into measurable impact.
beth davies
co-founder

beth daviesco-founder & ceo

beth is a force — a strategist and relational leader with two decades of entrepreneurial experience across real estate development and business advisement. she is the one in the room founders remember: vision, presence, and the rare ability to move mountains for the people she works with.

a fifth-generation oregonian, she bridges deep local roots with global vision. at atmusphere, beth leads the relational and visionary side of every engagement — the network, the people, the culture, the high-stakes conversations, and the discernment to read what a room actually needs. she is, in every sense, an embodied leader.

when she's not building, beth can be found supporting conscious growth in bend, practicing yoga, engaged in local politics, and celebrating her three daughters — her deepest inspiration for building a more beautiful, regenerative world.

jerek lovey
co-founder

jerek loveyco-founder & chief architect

jerek is the architect — a multi-time founder and ceo who designs the structural foundation beneath a company and maps the path it will actually grow along. he bridges decades of experience across division-1 athletics, sustainable enterprise, and the study of how leaders and systems truly change.

his work has been featured on tedx, forbes, and bloomberg, where he's spoken on regenerative leadership, conscious enterprise, and systemic design. at atmusphere, jerek leads the architectural side of every engagement: financial modeling, business architecture, foundership, the operating agreement and cap table, and the strategy that clarifies a founder's path forward. he sees the blueprint underneath the company — and perceives, often before it's spoken, which structural decisions are really about something else.

the architecture is not the support beneath the work. it is half the work — the half that determines whether anything built on top of it can last.

maggie van wagner
team

maggie van wagneroperations & client experience

maggie holds the operational rhythm of the practice — from the first discovery call through the close of an engagement and beyond. she keeps the work organized, the founders held, and the threads tracked, so beth and jerek can be fully present in the room.

she brings a steady, attentive presence and a craftsperson's care to everything she touches.

the rare combination.

most consulting brings strategy. most coaching brings the person. very few bring both — and fewer still bring the technical depth to rebuild the actual foundation while they do it. our practice holds all of it:

i.
foundership, financial modeling, and strategic architecture
ii.
operating agreement and cap table design
iii.
relational and visionary leadership at the founder's table
iv.
regenerative business design and systems thinking
v.
a sensitivity to the field of a room — the unspoken dynamics most advisors can't perceive, and we're trained to

you don't have to choose between the structure and the human. we hold both, at the same time, as two founders who've learned they were never really separate.

we help founders build what holds — the architecture beneath the company, and the clarity beneath the founder. the two were never separate.
